In addition, each of our field personnel must be supplied with consistent and effective support in order to properly service our clientele. Therefore, each of our Site Managers and service technicians are regarded as "customers" by Five Star's corporate support personnel. The same drive for more efficient and cost effective service systems is applied to the servicing of our own management and service personnel.
Mission
Five Star Service Systems mission is to provide our clients with the information necessary in the evaluation process; with detail on our management approach, quality control procedures and value added technological and service offering. Upon our successful execution of the contract, our mission and project objective will be to provide a safe, comfortable and clean environment to all facility occupants and tenants while ensuring the facilities assets are maintained in optimal condition.
